All I wanted to do was cancel my appointment today at Service Centre using the number reference provided. Think it would be simple no rang number provided sent to website no option to cancel. Rang again spoke to person who wanted all my details yet again including model number and said would take me to website. Gave up after 4 attempts and just won't bother. On reading some of the reports this forum regarding ICue and how long it takes just won't bother and will go to local repair shop that can fix phone in 2 days and I know I can rely on but more expensive. All I want is new main screen fitted my Galaxy Fold Z3.

Galaxy Zif this is under warranty ? esptimated time 1,2,3, months - No joke
if you ready to pay 3-5 business days for sure \
go to Icure personally or drop your phone to local retailers like Harvey norman
most of the time they send within a week. But fold & flip phones are tricky business, Good luck!!!

I am sorry you are having this issue. Could you please clarify something. Do you have your phone with you or is it at the Service Centre?
