Pre-ordered the Z Fold 6 on the launch day, stuck on 'order accepted'

Same old story. Samsung customer service is getting lower and lower every year. I ordered the fold 6 right after the launch. The delivery was supposed to be on the 22nd of july but it's still stuck on 'order accepted' 

Tried calling and chatting with the Samsung reps but they are no help. The reason they gave me was " it was held because of verification". What verification? I have ordered numerous products over the years through the same id and used the same card. 

So now I have paid $2700 and there is no one who can tell me what's wrong with the order. Very very disappointed Samsung

Australia. And no, just the phone and a couple of covers for the fold6

Seems to have happened to a few of us.

I only called them yesterday because I was being patient and was told the same thing about a verification problem. I was told I had to wait 7-10 days for another team to contact me and that my order would likely be cancelled. However I was contacted again today and was told they are trying to work past the problem and trying to push the order. 

Still likely to be waiting a while, and won't be fully convinced until my order moves past the order accepted stage.

I did get a call yesterday. And they asked me the stupidest question. "when did you get the confirmation email?"

I told them I got the email as soon as I ordered. And she was like "oh what's the problem then?" They have no freaking clue.

I think they are waiting for 30th of Jully to cancel our orders. Because we won't be able to use the vouchers after 30th July

I have the same issue. I ordered on 12 July and got confirmation email but it still showing only order accepted. No updates yet. I tried to call them and raised 2 tickets but no luck so far.

What's their excuse? Some BS about verification?
