I ordered Z Fold 6 on 11-Jul-2024 and didnt receive any email confirmation, while the money was charged immediately to my account. I contacted their pathetic customer service and they told me the order is under review due to an unknown reason and will take 3 days. Today i contacted the Samsung Customer Support again and they said it will take 7-10 business days for the support team to come up with the status of order. I mean what kind of pathetic company is this? Melbourne

They are hopeless. Same.happ3nded to me when ordering s24 ultra. They cancel my order without any reason night before the pre-order finishes which means I lose on all the deals. Their explanation was pathetic. Tbh. I rather have apple than Samsung these years. No innovation no service ..horrible

Stop defending Samsung coz apple is ***. We are not talking about apple. Samsung used to be forefront of innovation. Now they can copy apple watch ultra.

I bought at least 5 devices from Samsung and all was fast and smooth on top of it I had trade ins and never had a single problem . So I suppose the problem is stock since it would probably showed to be in stock and then out of stock and so need to be review to give you better *** or refund in case the stock will take longer

I'm a Samsung fanboy but literally sometimes even I can't defend them like they're such a huge brand but I still don't feel secure about customer service like apple users do

Example I had bad experience with Apple with an iPhone 11 after 3 months battery health was down to 89% which seemed too fast and they didn't fix anything

Same issue here. Over $2000 on an order placed on the 13th, no email verification, no record of the order in the app and today I was to wait another 7-10 business days. So much for a preorder. At this stage I'm considering contacting my bank since Samsung cannot provide a record of why they have charged me over $2000.

Similar issue here. Pre-ordered within 12 hours of the Galaxy Unpacked event, received no email or correspondence, and my order remains in an "Order Accepted" status. Contacted samsung, who informed me there have been delays (No elaboration whatsoever on what that means) and to wait another week for the order to go from "Accepted" to "Ready for Dispatch". Being asked to wait a full week past their initial delivery date for the order to even be ready for collection by courier? A joke. Last year, I pre-ordered my fold 5 through the exact same process and had it almost a week ahead of the anticipated delivery date. This year, Samsung clearly don't care who's on the preorder list. Unless you're on their PR list, recommending the new fordable on a large platform, Samsung aren't making any effort to get pre-orders out to Australians hastily. Bitterly disappointing.
