Zfold 5 main Screen Flickering

Hello! Just after 3 months, my Fold 5 has flickering issues. I have been to a Service Center and they told me it is qualified for Factory Warranty. 

Got my phone thru Globe postpaid but under my Mother's Globe postpaid account, because she insisted to use her postpaid account instead.

 But the phone and phone's registration/care+ is under my name Will I be able to claim Factory Warranty on my Zfold 5?
