Hello dear samsung in mcpe there was massive lag in mcpe 1.18 and 19 i off everything in grapichs setting in mc 1.16 there no lag please help me send feedback to mcpe :<

You should contact and send your feedback to the developer of the game you're playing too, as they are the one optimizing the games they release for various devices. Samsung can only optimize your firmware, but it's up to the developer to further optimize it for your device.

Go to Google Playstore and go to the app you are playing. You can send an error report to the app developer. 😊

But its so strange when i play in 1.16 or 17 there no fps drop but in latest version bruhh
