Customer service **bleep** my vac stopped working took it to the store in November samsung didn't get back to me until 29th December!! Then put my account on hold on the 6th of January coz I didn't reply yet. Did end up messaging them on 24th of January (when I had credit) been waiting over a month haven't heard ANYTHING!! I want my store credit ya slow suckers arhhh.
