Hi, after the latest OS update I had experienced the same. I switched off my phone and let it charge. Turned it on after 30mins and all seemed to be ok. No heating issue.

I don't believe in this offers its all scam advertisement to treat innocent customers. I have bitter experience with Asurion.they cheated me and also with Harvey Norman they didn't give free offer for the sale of S24 ultra. Adenasto

Hello I want to let you know that this is not fake. What they are doing is advertising their products to make more money while losing money this is a guaranteed opportunity that is available for limited time only if you want to purchase any smart TV released within the smasung range. I believe that Harvey Norman may be bad at their offers bit Samsung is not.
