Hi guys, The customers who bought their devices online from Samsung Store can access Samsung Care Plus for free but on the other hand, if you have bought it from a retail store you cant even buy it if you bought the phone before 30 days.

Are they not backing their own phones bought elsewhere?

No if its more than 30 days of purchase, makes me think Iphones are much better in regards with customer service.

I am not finding Samsung care+ in members app to activate, anyone know how to get this activated?
