Cant use smartTag find the phone feature

Hi there, I just bought new samsung smartTag2 and i cannot turn on this Find the phone feature. It says no internet connect or please try again but i am connected to the wifi. Please if you guys have any solution do tell me.I have included a Screenshot for more clarification
