Gmail account

I received a message to let me know my Gmail account was full and I wasn't able to receive my e-mail. I tried to do something to arrange this and I loose my account. How can I recuperate my Gmail account ? Thanks

If you download the "Google one" app you can go over to the storage tab and see what you can do to free up storage so you can continue to receive emails. You will probably just have to delete really old emails
