I am using a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and the past few months I've been getting a "no sim" message. I don't know what to do. I've restarted my phone plenty of times. It sometimes fixes it but other times it doesn't work. I got a new sim card to see if that fixes it but nope. I even factory reset my phone. I have no clue on what to do now! Someone please help

Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Run the Diagnostics for the SIM.

If it's still happening with the new SIM, it's possible that the SIM card reader is damaged?

Seeing as how you have Factory Reset, I don't think that Resetting the Network Settings will do anything. It does sound like it might be a hardware issue though.

You might want to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

Hi, Just to confirm after performing the Diagnostics test on the device, are you still facing the same issue ? if yes, then you have to visit the nearest service centre and get the device examine by the technician to know the root cause of the issue.

Thank you RedDogRabbit.
