I need to change the region on my Samsung Oddyssey G9 OLED. This is usually done on Samsung TV's by resetting the Smart Hub and then during the setup on the Terms and condition page press Mute, Volume Up, Volume Down, Mute. A window pops up to select the new country. However doing exactly this on the monitor does not bring up that country selection screen. So I'm thinking Samsung may have a new key combination for the monitor or some other way of changing the region. Please help me if you know because right now I cannot download my local apps because the Smart Hub is set on the wrong country
No, I am not able to get to the region change screen, so there is no opportunity for an error to pop up. I need to access the Region selection screen, that is what needs to happen
