While you're at it, can we please hear what's happening with the lackluster rollout of Ultra accessories such as the straps that you have advertised but we can't get here in Canada? My device is fantastic, love it, wouldn't trade it for anything else (except an actual Red Ultra) but how we're treated by way of scarce accessories from you directly is rather unfair. Yes there are third party pieces but some of us take pride in the items we can have from you.
