Samsung AccountI traded in my phone and it says the trade code has been used? Samsung or Asurion gave me a used trade-in code and they also collected trade-in value. Customer help is not helping. I cant even call the person in charge of trade-in. I'm giving you guys 1week to refund my money. I'm not interested in the trade-in offer again.
