Trade In ID Issue

I was trying to trade in my S20 Plus and pre order a S22 Ultra.

When I try to use trade in ID it says  "Trade in ID is used" ($345 payment pending on my Credit card)

Contacted Samsung and they put me on to Asurion.

They suggested I delete trade in APP and create a new trade in ID.

Did that and got a new Trade in ID ( second $345 payment pending on my Credit card)

Now it says "due to an error trade in service not available"

Have been emailing Asurion since 19 Feb and no help/response  from Asurion. (todays date 17 March)
