Samsung On-line StoreOrder placed on the 19th of November. 15 calls, and multiple attempts to email later, and order is still waiting for approval.
E-store team is only contactable by email but they don't appear to check them or reply.
The only recommendation is to cancel my order and try again which given I ordered during black Friday and I would have to fortfit the discount, is a frankly rude suggestion.
Why should I have to reorder and now pay more money because YOUR system hasn't worked?
Tired of chasing Samsung around, won't be ordering from them again anytime soon, don't waste your time.
