Battery Replacement Experience

Hello. Does anyone here have experience replacing their phones Battery at Samsung Services Center? Any feedbacks?

I'm having second thoughts because they said it took almost a month until you'll get your phone at the service center.

It'll take only 3-4hrs in service centers to replace your battery

Ohh. But why did the agent at our local service center here told me that it will take a month or so. And then they will inform me once my unit is okay

could be due to replacement part's (battery) availability

yep tama si @TechTalker availabikity nung sa province situated mangagaling sa manila kaya it does take time

Yes. I'm from Mindanao by the way. Kaya siguro. Safe naman po diba kung sa kanila talaga mag pa replace? Baka kc may mga parts na e replace ng technician aside sa battery.

so far no issues when the battery of s20u was replaced last 2021
