SupportSame thing happened. Ordered last January 20th. It states I should get it by 27th, it's 28th now and the tracker does not even move. Really worst partner for a big company like Samsung. To think the issue spans out to 2022.

SupportI pre-ordered the S24U last January 18. Got the email with the Consegnia tracking number last January 25. Using the tracking number, the package is in their Manila South Hub since January 26. 4 days na wala pang galaw. To think na I pre-ordered nung first day it was announced. Tapos I emailed their customer support na nasa website nila, pero undeliverable yung email address. Is Samsung aware of the situation and how can we make them know?

SupportI preordered last Jan 18 kasabay ng Ate ko na taga Isabela province pa while me nasa QC lang. Yung sa Ate ko dumating na nung Saturday sakanya sa Isabela. Yung sakin wala ng update since nareceived ng courier last Jan. 24. It was stated na delivery Jan 27, then naging 29 and its Jan 30 until now wala pa din. I called Samsung and parang wala naman silang ginagawa on their end puro escalate lang sila wala naman nangyayare. First samsung ko pa naman ito dahil apple fan talaga ako nakakadisappoint.
