My galaxy s20 plus display show pink line after software update, plz solve this problem

1st step

Members app as follows:
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category "Display".
Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

2nd Step

report via call / chat samsung support

3rd step
bring to nearest authorized samsung service center in order to get diagnostic report

Thanks for letting us know here about your experience with the recent updates on your beloved Samsung Galaxy S20+ having issues with the link line on screen. I feel and understand why you are worried for a device that you've take care so much expecting it to be better after an update. If my device is facing similar experience, I will get worried too.

Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.

 

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Clear Cache Partition.
 
Step 1. Turn off your phone.
 
Step 2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or Type-C earphones (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
 
Step 3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
 
Step 4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
 
Step 5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
 
Step 6. Navigate to and select Yes.
 
Step 7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.
 
 
If that doesn't solve the issue, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app, and then tap the Support icon for more options.

Step 2. Scroll and select Error reports.

Step 3. Choose a category of your concern. Select "Display".

Step 4. Choose the frequency of the issue you are experiencing. Enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot. Then press Send icons to complete the report.
