Hi! Anyone here experiencing the same problem on ZFlip3 devices? This isn't the first time that this happens. 😔

The first one was wayback August and they needed to replace the display itself. Now, it happens again. 😏

Nangyari narin po yan sa phone ko pero yung battery daw ang may problema nung chineck ko sa diagnostic tapos after inupdate ko sa one ui 5 at nag update yung ibang apps tapos chineck ko ok na sya ulit baka yung app po yung problema.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software is updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Restart your device.

 

Submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Sensor/Touch".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

My fold 3 has the same issue. 

All updates done

Sad to say, the only way to solve this is to replace the whole screen
