SupportHello i really need help here,
I have a nice Samsung smart monitor M5
I have been trying to autoplay automatically from my plugged usb stick ( jpeg image of a client menu) but upon startup the monitor goes direct to euronews live
My goal is to startup the monitor and go directly to the usb stick image without having to open it manually in the source selection...
I enabled "autorun last app" but still no luck.
Can i have a step by step guidance please ? thanks

Supportit may only apply to installed apps eg., netflix, youtube etc.
try using a media app that will play your media

You may follow the below step-by-step instructions.
Playing multimedia content on a USB device.
Step 1. Connect a USB device to the USB port.
Step 2. When a pop-up message appears on the screen, select Browse to easily move to the list of multimedia content stored on the device.
"If a USB device that contains the content you want to play is already connected to the product, select the USB device in the Source screen".
Step 3. Select a content item to play from the list. The selected content is played.
Note : Do Not remove the USB device.
Auto-play will not work unless its a media file, and you have to open the media files through a Media Player app.
If the auto-loop is not working, then, there is a compatibility issue with your Smart Monitor.
