MISSING SIM CARD MANAGER

Hi. I just wanted to know why my phone (Galaxy Z Flip 5) has no SIM Card Manager? I can't install my E-SIM from my old Iphone 11. The ESIM compatibility is the main reason I bought the galaxy Z Flip 5 for an uprade but it is very disapplinting that I cannot install my E-SIM. Please help. Firmware is F7310ZCS1BWL7

Do you have the e-sim QR code and did you scan it using Z flip camera?

Yes I already did. But it does not work as well

How many IMEI do you have under about phone?

It has one IMEI

That looks weird (for me). Are you sure?
Can you try searching for IMEI?
