Phone randomly restarted after downloading a app from Google play store

Hello. I just downloaded this app ⬇️ from google play then

⬆️My phone restarted randomly and said "(unknown app) isn't optimized for the latest version of android, screen touches may be delayed or not recognized."" While I was unlocking my phone.. 

And I deleted the app because I think it had an virus or issues and went to Samsung members then this picture randomly popped up ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Is this ok that it happened? I'm scared.. 

(Do not download for Samsung devices)

That's not an official Samsung app. The app could have been incompatible, bugged which caused the restart.

It's clearly shown that the developer isn't Samsung, it's flysoftvn. Which is not a known software developer.

First I downloaded it on Galaxy Store,, then I deleted it and downloaded from google play store..
