its been jan19 since i preorder it at the store and still i did not yet my s24ultra how long should i wait? i pre order it on a store and still they said it was delay my question is is it really delayed or you gave it to someone first? i am waiting too long and if still i do not get s24ultra by monday im buying an iphone!!!
Truly sympathise with your situation. But even Samsung hardly solves the delivery issue. Their CS is totally unhelpful. Their attitude is like, wait it or leave it. None of them are able to provide you with a constructive suggestion, but keep telling they u understand your frustration. If you are so urgent to get a new phone at this point in time, I suggest you opt for another brand or directly purchase it from the store. Otherwise, you will wait endlessly without having an exact date of delivery.
