Samsung Rewards Points Redemption

How exactly can I redeem the points? I've tried to purchase some accessories in the Samsung Store, but I can't see the Samsung Rewards points as payment method during checkout. I'm logged in to my account during purchase.

Thanks for reaching out to us here in order to find out how to redeem Samsung Rewards points that you have accumulated during the course of your purchase with Samsung stores.

We are more than glad to help and assist you. First, to enroll in Samsung Rewards, you must create a Samsung Account and agree to the Samsung Rewards Terms and Conditions.


There are multiple ways to enroll if you already have a Samsung Account:

  1. You can enroll when you activate Samsung Members and tap Benefits > Samsung Rewards  by accepting the Terms of Conditions of Samsung Rewards.

  2. You can also enroll by visiting https://www.samsung.com/ph/.  After log into your Samsung Account you have, you can find my Samsung > Rewards > enroll by accepting the Terms of Conditions of Samsung Rewards.

Rewards will be credited 14 days after product delivery.

To redeem points.

Make sure you’re logged in to your Samsung Account before you make your next purchase. At the checkout, Samsung Rewards will be seen as a payment method. Decide how many points you want to use and submit. When you make the payment, the discount will be applied.

Log in to your Samsung account while you are making a purchase on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to use your points to pay for all or part of qualified products on Samsung.com/PH and the Shop Samsung app.
