Alam ko kapag mga ganyan concern, mas okay kung via email. Attach mo mga proof na ikaw talaga may-ari ng Samsung account.

I guess hindi sakop ng chat support ang request mo, they're more on assistance lang and not for requests like what you have.

"data policy" even e-allow mo sila, they still won't since they're not allowed by the company and by the law.

Well chat support is more powerful then voice agents bec it is automatically documented. Voice agents ..nothing will resolve from them.tbh. sorry.
