SupportHello Cremooooo,
Thanks for sharing your experience while using your beloved Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G having issues playing YouTube video that appears your screen flickering like a TV screen for a millisecond as it appeared and disappeared again. I feel and understand why you are worried for a device that you've take care so much. If my device is facing similar experience, I will get worried too.
Before you try out the below recommendations as to your solution, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps (YouTube) are updated with the latest version. Please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Clear an app's cache.
Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app (YouTube) you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
Clear an app's data.
Important: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings or data saved on the app will be removed. Some system apps cannot have their data cleared.
Need a total do-over? Try emptying out all that app's data. But please be aware this will completely reset the app. Make sure you have any accounts or usernames written down so you can log back in after the app resets.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app (YouTube) you want to clear. Tap Storage, tap Clear data, and then tap OK. This will completely wipe the app and reset it to the original settings.
Use Device care
If you need some extra help with your phone’s storage, memory, and app usage, you can use Device Care. These features will keep your device from slowing down while improving its overall performance. Device care will scan your apps for crashes, close down background apps, and look for malware with the tap of a button!
If that doesn't solve the issue, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:
Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app, and then tap the Support icon for more options.
Step 2. Scroll and select Error reports.
Step 3. Choose a category of your concern. Select "Application".
Step 4. Choose the frequency of the issue you are experiencing. Enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot. Then press Send icons to complete the report.
