Network unlock

Hi all, was wondering if it's possible to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S20 Fe that's network locked but hasn't been connected to the network for a few months? 

I have tried using the imei number on the networks Web pages but it comes up as unrecognisable. Yes the phone is mine but just wondering if there was an easier way to unlock it please and thank you in advance for your help 😊

Australian carriers haven't locked these phones in quite some time.
