Sorry to know that you are experiencing discomfort while using Samsung Galaxy Buds Live and Galaxy Watch, but no worries, we are here to help.
Firstly, I would highly recommend you visit an Allergist nears you. The allergist specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma and other allergic diseases, and the allergist is specially trained to identify allergy and asthma triggers.
Once, the specialist determines your allergy condition with treatment advice, he/she will also provide you which triggers your allergy. If the Allergist determines that the Samsung Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Watch 4 are triggering your allergy, please follow advise with the below minimum proper handling measures.
1) Regularly clean your earbuds to keep them in the best condition possible, removing excess oil, dirt, dust, etc.
2) Remove the earbuds periodically and dry your ears to prevent excess moisture developing inside of the ear during use. Apply recommended treatment.
3) If discomfort persists, please inform the Allergist and contact our Samsung Service Center email thru the link below.
