Cant find an order email or proof my order went threw.

I ordered a watch 5 and I the order went threw but I never got an email confirmation or anything even spoke to samsung and they couldn't find the order but It did go threw on affirm.

How did you make the payment?
Was it through PayPal or credit card?
Do you see an authorized transaction on your card? Or if it was PayPal, you should have recieved an email saying that payment was sent to Samsung Canada.

Credit cards are not usually charged until item is shipped so it won't be under posted transactions....but would be under authorized transaction.

Safe to say if you provided your details (name, email, shipping address) to Samsung and they were unable to find it, I would say the order didn't go through.

Hi, Please check with your bank if there was any transaction made on your card. If there was a transaction please wait for 2 to 3 days for the confirmation email, we suggest you to check in inbox spam junk folders.
