Hi guys, I am using the buds FE for about 3 months now. It's been two days since my left earbud isn't working properly. I can still hear some sound but it's too small
I tried removing the rupper tip off and cleaning any earwax that was there. It's still the same. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Send it in for service under your warranty.
Had issues with mine and it was fixed pretty quickly.

Do they repair it or fix it?
Also I threw away the box and the documents the buds came in, is that going to be needed?

Nah you don't need the box.
I'm not a technician, but they will assess it and do whatever is appropriate to get you a working product.

Make sure to check the sound balance in the bud settings when the buds are active. Additionally, under Settings > Sound Quality and Effects, ensure that Atmos is activated.
