Anyone who placed an order online during the Buy 1 Take 1 promo of Galaxy Watch 4? I placed my order last February 9, but until now, the order is not shipped yet. I already paid It using CC but I did not receive any update. Been contacting customer service through phone and emai pero puro "follow up" lang.

UPDATE: IT'S BEEM A MONTH NOW PERO WALA PARING UPDATE. SAME PROMISES FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT SATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG ONLINE STORE. **bleep** GALAW NG BASO @SAMSUNGPh. 🤬
