Bixby routine: Close an App

Hi, 

 I'm trying out bixby routine on its function that can close an app during time period.

 But it doesn't work. 

 Does anyone can help? Or, can anyone explain how does "close an app" funtioning? Does it mean, we can't open the app? Or the system off the notification of the app chosen?

We can't add Close an app inside *Add Routine*

You can ? When you select Add routine , inside have 2 setting *IF* and *Then* , you only can chose setting list inside.

If you want to close apps , you can simply wake up Bixby to close the applications you want. But before this can works you have to update
Bixby basic commands in Galaxy store. 🤝

After a month using this routine, nothing happen. I can still check on my WhatsApp n received WhatsApp call which really disturbing my weekend and rest time. I'm kind of people who hard to change my hat if it is regarding work. *sigh*

I'm trying to do exact same thing. Bixby have the option to close apps, but it doesn't work.

I even did it differently. I made 2 routines. One to open the app at specific time and another to close the app. Never closes it.

No response, explanation, or advice from Samsung on Samsung's Community Forum is alarming.

I'm going to change ALL Close an App statements to Open an App because, in my case, I'd like the app which was open previously to return to device foreground.

(I'm unbothered if the app I was trying to close remains in the background)

Plus, we know Open an App works as expected.
