My 65” TV screen just fell off suddenly !!! This cannot be wear and tear and is definitely a product defect. It could have fallen on my kids who always move ard the TV area and caused them injury !!! This product is hazardous! when I came home today the screen had completely detached and fallen on my floor. Yes my limited warranty has expired but how can a consumer expect the whole screen to just fall off suddenly, regardless of the age of the TV. If any internal components no longer work, I can understand that it's due to usage... BUT FOR THE SCREEN TO FALL OFF?SAMSUNG IS NOT LIVING UP TO ITS BRAND !
