Community GuidelinesDear Members,
After the recent Samsung Members update, you will be able to view your Community Level progress and also detailed information on them.
Below are the Members Community Levels for your reference:
■ Beginner Level
When joining the community, you will start at Beginner Level 1, with five phases in total.
How can you level up?
You can fast track your progress to Active Level after one month of active membership and with a minimum of five likes.
All you need to do is to visit the community often and tap "like" on your favourite Members’ posts.
■ Active Level
The second level, Active Level, has 10 phases in total.
You will need to be more involved in the Members community by interacting with Members. You can level up faster by leaving comments and receiving "accepted solutions" from fellow Members.
Starting at Active Level 1, you can add a self-introduction to your profile to introduce yourself.
For example, you could add “Galaxy Camera Expert”, “Milky Way Photography Lover”, “I ❤️ Members”, etc. to describe yourself.
(Routes: Samsung Members app → Community tab → Click on the profile icon in the top right → Edit button → Add Bio)
However, please note that any content that is inappropriate or offensive to others may be removed without notice.
Starting at Active Level 5, when you create a post, your profile card is automatically added to the bottom of the post.
You can easily view the authors’ information and follow them to connect with them.
Please note that from Active Level 7 onwards, you can level up after being a member for at least 6 months.
■ Expert Level
The third level, Expert Level, consists of five phases.
Levelling up at Expert Level requires consistent and active engagement.
Provide expert advice, reply to questions with thoughtful comments, get your answers selected, and get lots of likes. Consistency is key!
As a reminder, the levels of community managers and representatives in the community are labelled as “Moderator” or “Community Manager.”
Thank you.
