long shot here I seen a YouTube video I know I shouldn’t have watched it and definitely shouldn’t have used the secret engineers menu 

so tv boots up and displays frame tv for 2/3 seconds then cycles red green blue then text them white I’m unable to access anything tries using hdmi and it’ll go onto it yet same goes in a loop Iv tried both hard and soft reset nothing changes

You will probably need to reflash it as the rom is probably stuffed if it doesn't work you have bricked it.

Note with custom roms you void all warranties and some apps will also not work on rooted devices. So you don't gain anything by doing this.
