GALAXY FLIP 6 - LOST INVOICE NEEDED URGENTLY

Hello!

I don't know if you have an email that I can contact to try and get my invoice back from a purchase I did in the Samsung store back in Chiang Mai - Siam TV store. I didn't get it through email and lost the paper one after a motorbike accident.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Flip 6, my email is elogairaud@gmail.com.

I have the IMEI and machine number but cannot get the invoice which is needed to send it to repair.

Do you think you could help me please?

I did try contacting them and chatted to them online but the only managed to send the invoice number: HO2502006969 and the Samsung reference number: 8222642084

Do you think Samsung could retrieve this invoice as it is referenced in the Samsung account?
