Recently I came to Thailand and bought an AIS sim card and whenever I try to access my sim card manager in settings it kicks me out to the main settings screen. I dont know what to do.

What model of Samsung mobile phone do you use? And from what channel did you purchase the product?

I use samsung s20+ 5G and I bought it off a website called refurbed, its a second hand phone and the company that provides the second hand phone is based in france.

It is recommended that you take the device to an AIS store to check whether the SIM card is compatible with mobile phones or not.
