We bought a 65 inch Samsung TV and the screen is completely broken.

After trying hotline 1282 without success, we decided to go to the customer service center in MBK center, we were told to call hotline and that service center is only for mobile.

Tried calling many times, telling the story  over and over again, sending pictures, address and information on Line like 5 times. For 3 days, no one called  us to follow up. Finally someone called us back after my husband got angry and yelled on the phone.

A few hours later another customer service called to confirm repair appointment, and quoted 20,000 THB to repair the TV which we paid 28,000 THB 3 years ago. That's super ridiculous and greedy of Samsung to charge more than 70% of the new TV for repairs.

NEVER buy Samsung again!!!

What a horrible treatment and frustration, do not buy from Samsung. Quality not lasting and terrible after sale service. The WORST!!!
