5g network mode

Can anyone say how to restore the 5g lte option in network mode on samsung galaxy a23? I am no longer seeing it. Also how to i start getting Lte or 5g speeds & not H+ ?

Only lte/3g/2g
But the phone originally came with 5g options i dont know where it disappeared to.

My phone is processing H+ and buffers when on tik tok or watching a video
