Anyone know how to fix this...this happend after ther security update...

Hi VinCloud, 

 

Kindly visit the "Get Help" section on your Samsung Members app and perform the "Intereactive Checks" for fingerprint. 

From there, you will be able to determine the source of error and whether it is require to send your device to Customer Service. 


You can also perform many other interactive checks for your device through Samsung Members app.

mine no this problem, just sometimes when i press the fingerprint, it doesn't work... after a few seconds without doing anything, the fingerprint back to work again

I dont think so..its almost 1 month....first I thought the problem is mu screen protector but after I change still have the same problem..I'll go to samsung shop after this cmco laa
