A51 Audio/speaker isnt working

hello!! My samsung galaxy A51's audio isnt working suddenly and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it. 

It isnt an app problem because i tried to use it in safe mode and the sound still doesnt work. I restarted my phone many times too. The sound works perfectly when i plug in my earpiece.

Try do *#0*#. On the diagnostic menu, look for the "Speaker" option, run a test to see if it is your speakers which are faulty.

It would be more concerned if the audio jack is damaged (causing permanent detection that earphones are plugged in), causing the sound to only work on earphones.

If the phone is under warranty, you can also bring in to Samsung service centre to have them check.
