Galaxy A1. Battery problem.
2. Not using original charger.
3. Maybe u were using the phone to the usage that its hot and u straight updated it. Probably overload.
Suggestion is off and let it cool at least an hour or so. If persist proabably need to send for service.
Question? How old is the phone? And is this the first time happening? Or when occur during updates only?

Galaxy Aat 85% even charge whole day. yesterday it show phone is overheating, will shooting down. but, still can switching on. this morning, it switch off automatically and cannot switch on.
note : I'm using ori cable and charger

Galaxy Awell here is what i suggest for you.
after your phone is able to charge, turn it off while charging, until it is fully charge, turn it on.
next, optimise your phone under device care...
after that, Go into setting, choose privacy, then choose permission manager.
Go under location, change those apps listed as ALLOWED ALL THE TIME to ALLOWED ONLY WHILE IN USE
But the following apps must keep as ALLOWED ALL THE TIME:
- Maps
- SmartThings
- System UI
- Gallery
- your wearables devices apps such as mi fit, google fit, samsung health or any other brand
LASTLY, IF THIS ERROR STILL PERSIST AFTER ABOVE METHOD, IT IS THE BEST FOR YOU TO BRING IN THE PHONE TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER FOR REPAIR...

2.charging port is broken or clog
3.motherboard connector with flex cable is loose
4.flex cable connector or cable is broken
5.Software have bugs
6.you have a lot of apps that is running in the background
7.you didn't clear your task manger
8.You have turn on or off something in the setting
9.cable is broken
10.You've drop your phone several time that damaged internal parts
11.The storage available is very little
12.Did you do device manager?
13.did you turn on fast changing?
14.did you turn off example like wifi,bluetooth,GPS when you are not using that function?
15.did you try to let your phone cool down in between period using your phone like for 30 minutes cool down?
16.did you put apps that are not frequently use or not important to sleeping apps?
17.did you restart your phone once a week?
if any of this is not the problem that cause your problem talk to the samsung live chat customer service and tell them your problem and they will tell you what to do
