I don't have the phone, but the reason is simple: A16 has the same chip set and got it. A24 has the same chip set and got it. If both have gotten this feature, why can't the A15 as it got One UI 7?

because Samsung can limit feature for certain phone. Newer one will get more features, same goes with higher phone will get more features
