Why is call recorder feature absent in Malaysia Samsung phones? It's a very useful feature especially with so many scams. Recording calls will give us proof of scam calls.
Call recording (wiretapping) is not available in Malaysia because it's illegal, but I believe other brands have call recording function but nonetheless Samsung is playing safe and complying with the law.
I know but can't the relevant parties bring up this problem to the government. Let the authorities know the importance of this phone's feature. I find that the positive aspect of the call recorder exceeds the negative aspects. After all you don't ban knives just because it's dangerous and can hurt people do you?
It is indeed justifiable to legalize call recording. I'm hoping someone could actually refer this to the authorities now that scam calling is running rampant every now and then.
