Usually, I always receive Slow Charging notification whenever I connect my Samsung A7 (2018) to a USB charger. The thing is, I accidentally I clicked [Don't show again] option which disables the said notification.

I want to enable this option again for it tells me if the USB Charger is working pretty well and in best condition....

I already checked some forums and tried the 2 main options given but to no avail...

Option 1: Disable/Enable Fast Charging 》 Sadly, my phone doesn't support Fast Charging so this option is unavailable...

Option 2: Enable/Disable USB under System UI or Android System 》 I managed to find the said option but it was grayed-out and can't be tampered...

PLEASE HELP ME!!! WHAT ARE MY OTHER OPTIONS?!

Compromised Solution:

Show System Apps》System UI》Notifications》General Notifications

Put on Alert and Show as Pop-up

It won't be like the usual Pop-up notification but it works just the same.

It will show as a Top Pop-up notification when connected to charger. Also, it will notify you if its not charging properly as well (which is the main reason I want to enable it again)...

I hope this Alternative Solution can be of satisfaction and help.20210821_211346_14451.jpg20210821_211311_14450.jpgScreenshot_20210821-205533_Settings.jpg

I DID IT

I managed to properly fix that. As suggested in multiple threads related to this issue, package com.android.systemui holds this preference. Solution is to clear its data, but apparently it is disabled in the actual settings UI. However, it is still possible to do that by using ADB command

pm clear com.android.systemui

Obviously it will reset multiple user interface settings, but the good thing is the lack of popup really is fixable without root or full factory reset.
