Does the phone give you any error messages when trying to connect to a wireless network? What type of phone do you have? and last, Does this issue happen with all Network or it just 1 specific Network?
maybe you should turn off the wifi on your phone are tablet and turn it on back , are plug out the wifi box for a minute or more and plug it in back and see if its working
