Format SD card into internal storage

How can I format SD card into internal storage?

Couldn't show you by sharing a picture because mine doesn't have one but normally, when you click on the SD card info, there's option to format it.

Samsung had already disabled this feature by default. It is called "Adoptable Storage", a feature made available in stock android since version 6.0 Marshmallow. If you using the Operating System supplied with your Samsung phone, No you won't have such option. Maybe search in XDA.com for your phone model to see if people made it work

Settings > Device Care > Storage > Advanced > SD Card > Format.
You can format the SD card.

My calls on my Note 20 Ultra have been dropping most times when my calls exceed 17 minutes. I am using Maxis line . I checked with the Samsung service Centre at Gardens Mall last week but was unable to find out the cause for the dropped calls. Please advise whether the cause of the dropped calls is due to a problem with my Note 20 or something else.
This problem has been around for almost 2 months.
Are there other users of Note 20 Ultra who experienced similar problems?
