Hello, is there anybody else own samsung galaxy a32 4G version(the 1st model i think?) This şh1tty galaxy model kept freezing for no reason even if i got plenty enough ram and memory storage. Either watching drama, playing games it kept freezing and annoy much. Not only the ram, the camera is fŭcƙed up, cant focus and blurry. Before this im using iphone 11 which i had to sell and downgrade my phone because i need some money. Thats the stup1d3st thing ive done and now im dissapointed. Help???
Hai, ada sesiapa pakai samsung galaxy a32 versi 4G puk1māk **bleep** ni tak? Telefon panta7 ni kejung/hang tanpa sebab walaupon ram aku banyak dan memori storan aku banyak. Tak kisah lah, melayan drama atau bermain permainan video, telefon č1pap berkudis ini akan kejung/hang dan ianya cukup menyakitkan hati. Bukan sekadar ram, kamera anak lanćaűnya juga seperti sampah, lembab, tak boleh fokus dan kabur. Sebelum ini saya mengguna iphone 11, yang mana saya terpaksa jual dan turun taraf telefon saya. Saya menyesal sebab terpaksa pakai telefon **bleep** **bleep** ini. Ada sesiapa boleh tolong???
As per scinex's suggestion, you can try a factory reset. Meanwhile, do submit an error report from your Samsung Members app:
Samsung Members > Support (bottom right) > Error Report > Select the correct item and send (you can also attach photo/video for additional supporting documentation)
