I encountered this problem after updating One UI on my device. Sometimes it can take up to 6 to 7 hours to fully charge. Does anyone else have this problem?

I am using original charger from Samsung. Everything works fine before updating One UI. I can charge my phone with unofficial charger and power bank, but not now. I saw someone commenting on YouTube saying they are also facing this problem. For all users facing charging issue, a similar thing is that we are using One UI on our devices.

perhaps send to service centers and check? or run the diagnostics for battery using members app?

Hmmm... I don't think it is hardware problem since the battery's status is good and can connect the usb
I personally think this is a software problem, like Apple always solved iOS charging and battery life problem by updating the iOS and it works.

if other phone of the same model is not experiencing this then I doubt it is software. but best bring it to service centers to give it a check. it could be an isolated case

I've seen some video if the cable is not in good condition than the cable and phone are going to be heating up. although you use origianl.. small possible the cable used too much.
